“ Did we possibly discovered the best yakisoba we’ve ever had? I think so. This place has amazing food. The place doesn’t look like much but they will make your belly so happy! We ordered extra of everything, that’s how good this was! ”

“ Our first okonomiyaki experience and it was so much better than expected! It’s freshly made with lots of veggies, and the sauces (you can choose/add yourself) complement the taste very well. You can choose a beef, pork, or seafood okonomiyaki. Expect to get a bit hot because of the table stove. ”

“ Cosy little okonomiyaki restaurant with booth seating and hot plates built into the table. The food was amazing and the service great too. They have an English menu equipped with pictures of the food for gaijin like myself. I ordered a pork okonomiyaki, deep-fried pork loin and a couple of hard hitting grapefruit chuhai that really quenched the thirst after a long day of exploring Osaka castle and the surrounding park. ”

“ Big choice for okonomiyaki, it’s possible to add sake (cold or warm) as well as rice or miso soup. We also tried kimchi and it was nice. Everything was delicious, and they even kindly packed some food out for me. ”

“ "Okonomiyaki is a dish of thinly sliced cabbage mixed with batter made of flour,eggs and water and cooked on an iron griddle. You can choose any ingredients or toppings that you like. The predecessor  Shigeo Honda opened an okonomiyaki restrant in 1949. He was thinking about a saurce that would go well with okonomiyaki from morninng till night. Then i dreamed of how to make it. When I made it that way,it was very delicious. The story behind the birth of the saurce. I named it Honda Sarce from the name. Honda sorce makes liquors and rice delicious. It’ｓa magical saurce." ”

“ We were American visitors and stumbled here on our way to Osaka Castle. We never had okonomiyaki before and it was fantastic! The server helped prepare it for us since we clearly didnt know how to prepare it with all the sauce and mayo. She was very nice. Loved it! ”
